Please call to inquire about exclusive party room timeslots with a Chaos Factory representative. EDMOND – (405) 920-6400; NORMAN – (405) 289-9800. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of your celebration. A party should not be assumed as scheduled or confirmed until we receive the deposit. Rescheduling for up to 3 months from the original date is allowed, however future dates are not guaranteed as we do book out in advance.

We will be confirming a final head count either the day before or morning of your event. That head count is the number of guests that we will prepare for and the base number that you will be paying for. Additional guests or add-on purchases on the day of the event will be added to your total and closed out at the end of the party. If your Party Coordinator gave you a great experience, tips are appreciated.

EDMOND – The party room seats 24 (4 six-foot tables + 1 gift table + 1 food table), however maximum capacity is approximately 30.

NORMAN – The party room seats 36 (6 six-foot tables + 1 gift table + 1 food table), however maximum capacity is approximately 45.

You may arrive to decorate or setup 30 minutes prior to your event. You may bring in your own, have catering or delivery any food items, as we have no limitations on food. Chaos Factory is not responsible for food management; setup or any issues associated with food or beverages transported by guests or catering companies into our facility. Ice chests are permitted with sodas, juice and water.

• NO confetti, poppers, glitter, water balloons or pinatas
• NO silly string (this stains floors & walls – subject to a $100 fee)

Each guest over the age of 18 will need to sign a waiver of liability prior to participating in any activity. Parents or guardians taking responsibility for minors under the age of 18 will need to sign on behalf of the minor. If a parent is not available to sign the waiver, the party parent is welcome to sign for the minor as the accountable adult.  The electronic waiver is located inside of your email confirmation from Chaos Factory. Click the button that says “SIGN WAIVER”. The waiver will open in another tab – copy and paste this link into any form of communication that you would like to send out to other parents. Chaos Factory staff will be checking for waivers at drop off – if one is not signed, we have a QR code to scan in the lobby at check-in.

The experience is typically first, then party time following so we can stick to our room schedules. We will start the experience no later than 15 minutes following your start time. Late arrivals will be prepped and sent into the room immediately. You are allowed a 10-minute grace period following your party end time. Any prolonged time following this grace period will be charged for the following:  Extra 15 minutes $50, Each 5 minutes after that $10. Please be mindful that we need this time to clean up to prepare for the next party to come in.

As a part of your celebration package, we do all of the clean up after your event. However, any clean up beyond our normal routine, may be considered “damage” to our space and you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. Confetti, glitter, water balloons, smears of cake/food or silly string on the floor, walls or chairs are considered excessive. We will take a photo, notify you and document the fee prior to charging your credit card on file. Please keep this in mind as you utilize our party space that is shared and prepped for other parties throughout the day.
