> ROOM ATTENDANT <

$11.50-$12.00/hour
Part-Time, 12-18 hours per week.  Bonus potential, 50% off personal experiences, opportunity for advancement

The Room Attendant’s ability to clean and reset rooms quickly and effectively, is crucial to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for customers. The organization provided by this role will ensure that rage rooms are ready for customer interaction for a smooth turnover, adhering to the scheduled appointments set.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Room clean-up and proper debris disposal
• Re-stocking and distribution of crates and lobby items
• Utilizing an online manifest to evaluate proper room setup
• Organization of acquired and donated items
• Deodorization of coveralls and gloves
• Sanitizing helmets and safety glasses
• Ensuring availability of tools, spools and other room required items
• Repair of wall holes
• Retrieving large items on a shelf with a ladder
• Leading guests outside of the rooms on where to put items, water, etc.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a warehouse environment is helpful, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a smart phone to download the schedule app for clocking in/out
• Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.
• Must be willing to work weekend shifts and possible late nights, along with other scheduled prep days

> GUEST RELATIONS <

$11.50-$12.00/hour

Guest Relations Guest Relations staff will be the first smiles that our guests see! Your ability to effectively communicate to and engage groups of all sizes will be very important. This customer service focused role will have front desk cashier responsibilities and help our guests through safety briefings and room introductions. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is responsible, honest and an energetic team player. Once fully trained, Guest Relations can earn tips by hosting celebrations in our party room.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Greeting and confirming appointments as they arrive
• Serve as the MC/hype person for each group
• Booking phone and walk-in appointments
• Upselling additional enhancements to each experience
• Accepting payments – cash, credit, Apple/Google pay
• Safety briefings and instructions on room use
• Utilizing an online manifest to ensure the proper activity is set up
• Deodorization of coveralls and gloves, sanitizing helmets and safety glasses
• Restocking of paint bottles and splatt balls
• Cleaning splatter rooms
• Answering guest questions
• Assisting with first aid bandaging if needed
• Completing a timely appointment where customers leave happy
• Once fully trained, host celebrations in our party room

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in a customer service or cashier is helpful, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a smart phone to download the schedule app for clocking in/out
• Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.
• Must be willing to work weekend shifts and possible late nights, along with other scheduled prep days

> MANAGEMENT <

$12.00-$17.00/hour (depending on experience)
Part-Time, 18-24 hours per week.  Bonus potential, 50% off personal experiences, opportunity for advancement.

Management staff will be a trusted partner to the Owners, a welcoming face to our guests and a strong leader for all employees! A shining example in customer care, the management team works cohesively to ensure an excellent experience for guests, demonstrating control, integrity, and an encouraging attitude. This vital role has key opening and closing responsibilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Greeting and confirming appointments as they arrive
• Serve as the MC/hype person for each group
• Booking phone and walk-in appointments, parties and private events
• Conflict resolution, trouble-shooting various issues
• Upselling additional enhancements to each experience
• Serving as Bartender on shifts, if needed (21+ only)
• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly; be on-call for questions when not working
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners; address guest inquiries
• Train and manage employees, set performance expectations, conduct evaluations,
provide guidance and support to foster a positive work environment
• Encouraging and communicating ideas for sales strategies and promotions to increase
revenue and expand the customer base
• Maintain outstanding building condition and visual merchandising standards
• Assisting with first aid bandaging and clean up, checking on the guest with care
• Identify and assess potential risks to the business and develop appropriate strategies to
implement and safeguard assets, business continuity and to minimize disruptions
• Ensures compliance with law, regulations, and safety standards
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by identifying areas for
enhancement to increase efficiency, productivity and profitability
• Encourage team collaboration among employees

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in a management role – 1 year
• Experience in a customer service or cashier role – 1 year
• Must be willing to get bartender license (21+ only)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must have a smart phone to download the schedule app for clocking in/out
• Must have capability to participate in weekly ZOOM meetings on phone or laptop

> BIN PORTER / WASHER <

$13.00-$15.00/hour (depending on experience)
Part-Time, 18-24 hours per week.  Bonus potential, 50% off personal experiences, opportunity for advancement.

The Bin Porter position is vital to the upkeep of glass inventory for our operations each week.
Your ability to effectively travel to partner locations, retrieve bins, bring them back and clean the
contents is a crucial part of the company’s success. This role requires self-discipline, strength,
reliability and communication skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Making contacts within the restaurant and bar community
• Picking up heavy bins and transporting them back
• Taking out and washing bottles, glass or dishes in bulk
• Stocking each gaylord with clean bottles
• Sanitizing bins for re-use
• Delivering clean bins to partners

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in customer service is helpful, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation – a truck or SUV, suitable to carry multiple bins of glass
• Must have a smart phone to download the schedule app for clocking in/out
• Will need to learn and retain knowledge of the company: experiences, pricing, days/times
open, locations and website info to share
